EG’s Economic Development team can support your due diligence efforts when considering a property or building for purchase or lease. This includes data gathering, infrastructure and planning implications, ongoing business supports, financial implications, and community connections.

Matchmaking

Vacancy rates for built industrial and commercial space continue to be very low as demand outpaces supply. The Economic Development team can connect those seeking space to preconstruction opportunities and willing landowners. The team acts as a complement to commercial/industrial real estate professionals, supporting your ongoing search efforts.

Expedited Development Support

For key developments that support significant job and/or ICI space creation, the Economic Development team acts as a project manager, bringing internal and external team and agencies together with the developer to move projects forward quickly.

Advocacy

The Economic Development team acts as the voice of business internally, bringing a market perspective to policies, plans, and projects.
